======================================================================= = LonWorks® PCLTA-10/PCC-10/PCLTA-2X for Windows95/98/Me = ======================================================================= =================================== File Version ----------------------------------- LONPCC10.VXD 1.29 ----------------------------------- PCC10CFG.CPL 2.06 ----------------------------------- LDVVDD.SYS 1.01 =================================== The PCLTA-20 uses the same images as the PCLTA-10, where the PCC-10 uses its own unique images. When installing for the PCLTA-20 you will see the reference to the PCLTA-10's system images. This is normal. The PCLTA-21 uses its own unique system images for controlling the packet LEDs. There are now 3 folders for system images: IMAGES\PCC10 (PCC-10 images) IMAGES\PCLTA10 (PCLTA-10 / PCLTA-20 images) IMAGES\PCLTA21 (PCLTA-21 images) Please refer to the PCLTA-10 or PCC-10 Users Guide for installation instructions. If you install either the PCLTA-10, PCC-10, or PCLTA-2X card into your system before you have installed this software then Windows95 may have prompted you for a driver. If you chose not to install a driver you may have a problem. In the Device Manager find the LonWorks Interface and delete it. You may have to look under "Unknown Devices" to find it. Re-boot your computer. Windows will recognize the card now and install the driver. PCLTA-10: If you need to modify the resource settings for the card try using the settings for "Basic configuration 0004" in the Device Manager. This configuration allows modification of all resources where 0000-0003 do not. PCLTA-2X: If you need to modify the resource settings for the card you should be aware that Windows95 works closely with the BIOS to perform this duty. Use the Device Manager to do so. Release notes: LONPCC10.VXD 1.29 Updated to support the PCLTA-21. 1/17/2000: Updated VNI system images "PCC10VNI" and PCL10VNI". 1.28: If the uplink traffic to the host application is not read by that application and the driver buffers fill up, it is then possible to lose uplink buffer notification messages while the driver discards uplink traffic. This case has been fixed. 1.27: If the offered traffic from the host was at 100% and the network interface is reset then a case can occur where the flow control becomes 'stuck' and the driver will not push messages downlink. This has been fixed. This affected NSI mode only. 1.26: Support for the PCLTA-20. 1.25: The device driver now automatically creates the PCCLONn device in the registry list referenced by LNS. 1.24: The niSLEEP command is filtered out of the downlink transport. This command is typically generated by the DOS LonMaker and should not be allowed during normal operation. 1.23: A problem with tracking output buffers has been fixed. The symptom appeared when host generated responses were being sent. Downlink buffering in the driver is now limited to six pending messages. This has been implemented to reduce the backlog that could occur when the offered traffic was high. Uplink buffering remains the same. Release notes: PCC10CFG.CPL The [Comm] button has been added to the diagnostic dialog. This is used to receive service pin messages. (!) The file WLDV.DLL will be updated to \Windows\System\. and will be deleted from, if it exists, \Windows\.
